Josemari C. Cuervo, President and CEO

Josemari C. Cuervo joined and trained under the R.F. Cuervo family company in July 1993 after receiving his Bachelor of Arts in General Humanities from then the Center for Research and Communication College of Arts and Sciences, Manila (now University of Asia and the Pacific).

At Cuervo Far East, Inc. (CFEI), he handled Development Consultancy Services with the Daiichi Group and a number of other local developers. He was also involved with Corporate Services dealing with companies included in the Philippines top 1000 corporations. In 1997, he expanded the newly established Cebu office by offering Property Management, Agency and Valuation.

After over four years of being the Cebu Representative and Vice President, he now holds the position of President handling Corporate Services for various clients both locally and in the region. He was also instrumental in forging a good working relationship with Cushman & Wakefield for their local real estate instructions.

Ma. Therese D. Castro - Head, Client Solutions

Ms. Castro is the Head of the Corporate Services group of Cuervo Far East (CFE). Ma. Therese is a Bachelor of Science in Commerce degree holder, major in Management of Financial Institutions from De La Salle University. After graduating in 1996, she worked at the Citibank, N.A. as a Credit Officer.

After her brief stint at Citibank, she moved on to join Landco Pacific Corporation as a Business Development Associate. For two years, she took charge of conceptualization and financial planning of development projects. She was responsible for coordinating the marketing and promotion activities of the company. She also conducted business planning and market feasibility studies.

In September 1999, she joined Property Partnerships, Inc. as Executive Assistant to the Vice President. With her experience in real estate, she handled the company's market research and business planning, as well as project financial structuring and modeling.

Monina B. Blanco, Cebu Representative

Ms.Blanco heads CFE's Cebu branch office. Over the last five years, Ms. Blanco has executed general and administrative duties in the company's Cebu branch, and also acts as the head of Marketing and Agency Department. She is responsible for the overall operation of Cebu branch office coordinating directly with Manila head office and design innovative systems for more cost-effective results. Directs marketing agents/negotiators in handling client inquiries, sales policies, procedures and complaints, organizes product launching and project presentations and designs marketing plans.

Prior to joining Cuervo Far East, Ms. Blanco was office manager for Primetown Property Group, Inc. and was a member of the sales and marketing group of Continental Airlines.

Ms. Blanco graduated with honors from University of the Philippines with a BA in Mass Communication, majoring in Marketing and Public Relations. She is a member and a junior officer of Cebu Financial Executives of the Philippines.
